产品特点：
Adopts dual-routesZJ-53B(or ZJ-54D) thermocouple gauge and ZJ-2 ionization gauge to measure vacuum degree.The measuring range is 2.7×102Pa～1.0×10-5Pa。ZDF-2AⅡ compound vacuum gauge have thermocouple I to measure system forward stage vacuum degree. Thermocouple 2 and ionization measure pressure in vacuum chamber at the same time. Thermocouple 2 control ionization filament open and close and protect ionization gauge effectively. It can be aditionally equipped RS232/RS485 serial communication port,bound-setting relay control output,analogue standard signal output according to user’s demand to realize automation for industrial control.
